so I have been going to my psychology class and have been trying to pay attention but I just got my midterm grades back and I didn't do so welli just had to vent it out. ughhhhhh

On the other hand, it seems like it's causing an inconvenience for everybody over something relatively small, in this case.Yeah, morally, it's a tough call, because you need to factor in effectiveness and whatnot. The problem is, the majority are silent, so I kinda feel responsible as a minority (with a superior viewpoint [hah]) to be as loud as possible by taking advantage of situations like these to fight it. If everyone did, we'd either be in a better place, or everyone would be ridiculously inconvenient to others.
...and considering this is politics, the latter is probably true.

Yeah. I tested it (sent "hmm"), then subscribed to some people that were constantly sending out updates about the status of the fires. This way, I didn't have to wait on the news to get valuable information. People went around and tweeted about where the fires were, if they were growing, etc.
I'm gonna rip my math final apart come 8am. Then rape programming come 10am. Then... SPRING BREAK.

I just did a midterm I did not study for and I got 102 out of 120
holy shit I'm fucking burned out. two huge projects, three big homework assignments, two writeups, and a midterm. fuck.
I think I've gotten 15 hours of sleep over the past 5 days. This has been a rather hellish week. I was up until 5:00 AM last night working on an evaluation assignment for my AI class because a bunch of grad students decided that they needed to use all of the computers in the CS building to run their simulations. I needed to use them to collect data points, god damnit.
I finally finished, though, and discovered that my path relinking algorithm sucked ass, and that my genetic algorithm was just plain awesome. We were doing local search / GAs for the asymmetric travelling salesman problem. 10% of our grade is relative performance to the rest of the class, and mine kicked ass, lol.
Here's a picture of my desk (this is all from this week). I think all this caffeine is going to fuck me up. It's the only way I survived this week, though. Yeah, sugar free. That's all they had at Wal-Mart, plus it tastes better. Wanna fight about it?

Yesterday I woke up and went to the gym, swam for an hour, played basketball for 2, lifted for an hour. Then I came home, showered/ate lunch, and went to lacrosse practice (I'm an assistant coach). When I came home I ate dinner and watched Risky Business.
Today will be quite similar, except the pools closed on Wednesdays so I won't swim.
And I got a haircut.
