I didn't check back, and I just renewed the domain for 3 years and fixed the SSL cert. So we won't have to worry about this again till 2018this is coming up soon

+1 to letsencrypt - I come by and laugh at how dumb I once was/how much has not changed.
Can just cron renewing the cert, too, as simple as:
