Hello,

Was wondering if this hard drive: http://ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=21932&vpn=0A33435&manufacture=Hitachi

Will work with my mobo? http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=18778&vpn=M2NPV-VM&manufacture=ASUS

I know it says SATA 2 at the top but I'm not sure because it only comes along with "SATA" cables.

Thank.

Chavo

SATA II uses the same cable.  These are perfectly compatible.

Awesome. Thanks. :)

And some additional info, if you buy a SATA(I) drive it will work on a SATA-II compatible motherboard. It just transfers at the slower speed.
