So basically, it can track a person within 2.5 meter accuracy over the course of a few months, displaying all their movements on Google Earth. Kinda scary! But it might be fun to put into packages that you then mail to fake addresses. :)

When I read the price at the bottom I read the shipping first and didn't realize it was shipping.  :P

I can speak for Canada when government agencies already have good enough tracking equipment.
