Watching it now.  Definitely worth taking a look.  Thanks, iago. :)

You might be right about that, Joe.

I just finished both parts, it's really awesome.

The first half is a criminal defense lawyer, and his take on 5th amendment right and all that. He's very well educated, and he knows the stupid things people do that get them convicted, and how cops use simple mistakes.

The second half is a cop who's performed thousands of interviews (aka, "interrogations") in his life. He tells stories about how people convict themselves, and how pretty much everything the lawyer said is true. He talks about a lot of the techniques he uses, and some of the craftier tricks (like using a fake tape recorder, turning it off, and saying "this is off the record" -- there's no such thing as "off the record").

Both halves are very revealing, and totally makes me rethink how I'll react if I'm ever questioned as a suspect. :)

Watched both.

iago pulled a Craz#d.

I'm pretty sure I've even posted that here before.  Clip makes its circulation about once a yr, and for good reason.  Very informative videos.

I meant posting a link to a video / article and not describing it.

I did describe it, after I watched it. Making a comment on it before watching it would have been just silly. :P

LOL.  I watched some of the first video, and it was somewhat interesting, although not that carefully argued. (I do agree that 'talking to the cops' is almost never going to be in your best interests).  But maybe you will see things in a slightly different (more comedic) light if you knew a little bit about 'Regent Law School' (Pat Robertson's Law School), and who his 'former student' is:

GG info. Posted it to my Facebook. A lot of those people will find it useful, I'm sure.
