felbot bnet chat client - is there one that works in game?

I took a look at the felbot chat client and was wondering if there is some code that monitors chat on the client side during a game of war3?

I could use it for spell checking other peoples' comments, editing out swearing, or copying other peoples' comments to the clipboard.

Just wondering if there is something out there that can intercept/monitor war3 chat on the client side.  Felbot seems pretty close.
