Priests have ABOLISH Disease in addition to Cure Disease

Besides -- I really don't think it's a disease.  Probably a unique class of debuff that PC's cant remove.  That's why it's a problem.

Corrupted Blood is not a Disease or a Magic debuff.

Dispel Type None School Physical

Priests can't cure physical debuffs.  Diseases and Magic is all they can do.  In fact, the only thing that can cure this debuff is time.  You wait it out or die.  :P
