Hah, from the instant-cast multi-target shadowbolt Kazzak was firing in the video, I'd say that Sentinel Hill has a lifespan of 2 seconds.

The Ironforge Guard's don't spawn until you're nearly to the center of that town. It's odd-shaped. =p

Ironforge is crawling with level 60's.  I've seen it done, they last for all of 5 seconds.
