Sound not working (SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio: Code 10)

When I look that the properties under the Device Manager it says:

Device cannot start (Code 10)


Any idea what I can do?
I've uninstalled & reinstalled it, I've tried to update drivers, nothing works so far.

I'm taking it back to BestBuy this evenin if I cant fix it on my own.
