I haven't read extensively, but this thread reminded me of a recent case of "bad sport"-ness we had here recently, where certain people couldn't take satire.  This site is dedicated to explaining what your rights on-line are, pertaining to what you're allowed to have on your web-site, including copyright laws and fair use.
