You might be right about that, Joe.

i say we get  a cold heat solder thing and solder some sticks of ram up so they can both run on one port and do the same with the CPUs heh

That doesn't make any sense.

Joe

Nope, but it'd be fun to do.

Disclaimer, if any of what you said was a joke, read no further.

I have no doubt that you (or anyone with any amount of cognitive skill) could solder two sticks of RAM together and figure out how to attach it to the port.  That's not the problem.  Unless you have a degree in computer engineering or some related field, I'm inclined to believe you haven't the slightest idea what you're talking about.  If it were so simple to branch a RAM port, why do you think that there aren't devices on the market that make this possible?

I'm not sure if you're trying to sound intelligent by trying to invent activities that are beyond the scope of the other members' experience, but just in the case that this is true, I'll give you a warning: we have some wildly intelligent and experienced people here.  Don't misunderestimate (yes, I know that's a Bushism) us. :P

He knows it won't work. He's a pyromaniac and insists on blowing things up. :)

That's just asinine.

What stuff has he blown up?

We tried to overclock a Pentium 2 to faster than the speed of your mom, but it's on an Intel mobo, so obviously it didn't work.

How is that blowing anything up?  ???

Sidoh's mom is pretty bright. Faster than 300MHz, at least.

"You know, I still think it's possible to do that with the RAM. Everyone's just too lazy to try it."

I'm convinced he's technologically incompetent.
