If you watch the video, you'll see that they totally did steal his watch. It's pretty funny.

And apparently, it's on eBay now (although I doubt it's real, the eBay page is still worth a read): http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/06/13/bush_watch_surfaces/

::)
Maybe he put it in his pocket?  Who cares.

Just bomb them and then it's all even-steven

Did you watch the video? You can clearly see it being stolen.

Nobody cares, it's just funny.

Still a possibility that he pocketed it when he put his hand down.
But I wouldn't put it past them to steal it.

iago

No, look closely. You can see him reaching out with his watch on, you can see somebody grab him around his wrist, he looks down, pulls back his hand, and it's gone. It's pretty clear.

I saw that on the Colbert Report last night, they said the white house said that a secret service agent took it.  Riiight.

Lmfao!!

That's freaking hilarious!
The once grove of splendor,
Aforetime crowned by lilac and lily,
Lay now forevermore slender;
And all winds that liven
Silhouette a lone existence;
A leafless oak grasping at eternity.

I agree. I mean, which other country would love the US? :P

I find it funny how that made news.  I guess it was a slow news day.

That's dumb. It's well known he wears a Mickey Mouse Timex watch, which is worth next to nothing. Maybe if he were like that one Russian politician who has a one of a kind watch or whatever it would be worth stealing.

lol he got hustled fo realz yo
One must ask oneself: "do I will trolling to become a universal law?" And then when one realizes "yes, I do will it to be such," one feels completely justified.
