Pretty crazy that we're closer to 2030, than we are 2005. Where did the time go!

He's obviously using an aimbot.

Towelie

I wonder how hard that actually is to learn

Blaze

Probably easy if you have a large amount of time.
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

iago

You'd be surprised at how easy that is. Flipping anything that's heavy on one and and light on another (hammer, wrench, bowling pin, screwdriver, knife, etc.) is pretty easy, and getting it to arc where you want isn't that difficult either. Being able to do it consistently would be tricky, but it would just take a little practice.

Juggling + hammering = hard...amount of time just means you can learn it sooner than other people, probably.

Juggling hammers = easy, for anybody who's an experienced juggler. And those people already have fairly good control of where the hammers are going, so it's not a big stretch for something like this.

topaz~

Hammers only hurt when you apply force. F=MA, if you're not altering mass, then if you reduce the acceleration, it's not going to hurt you much.

WTF?  That's irrelevant, we're not talking about pain.

Yeah, I'm not sure how that's relevant.  Your sentence seems really jumbled too, lol.

Anyway, force alone doesn't determine how much something "hurts."  Impulse is a much better measure of that.

[tex]\displaystyle I = \int F\,dt[/tex]

asshole. I was going to talk about impulse :-/
but yeah, Impulse= force times time

iago

As long as we're on a tangent, I should point out that impulse is always slower than warp, but is faster than thrusters.

As long as we're doing stuff, I have point out that Ludicrous speed beats all of those!

rabbit

Yeah, just remember not to go strait from Ludicrous to Stop, even if you have a very large head protection system installed.

Towelie

yeah, you might end up flying across your ship and injuring yourself
