They are both untrustworthy that's my take on it. In the end it won't matter which one is more or which one is less.

Yep, I trust Sony. That's why I don't mind them installing a rootkit on my computer.

From the looks of the study, if it was done properly, then people are just waiting for an opportunity to defect from Microsoft.  All another vendor has to do is give them an opportunity! :-o
