I'm neutral with Gadgetzan. When I get to friendly (or honored), how will they react to me attacking somebody? Them fighting back?

I'm pretty sure they always attack you if you start to attack another player (of the opposing faction) inside of the city.  Your faction standing with them doesn't matter.
