Happened on Thunderlord a lot when I was leveling.  :)

Dont worry about it. Almost 2 feet behind you is the level 500 boss for SW.

That's why you kite him into Old Town. Nobody there to save you. Of course, the 60's have him knocked so hard he won't hit you either.
