If you try to connect with JavaOp2 and get an error with this stuffed in it somewhere

WARNING: BNLS server 'bnls.valhallalegends.com' returned an error -- this means the server might not be running.

It means what is says. So wait a few hours/days and the BNLS server should come back on.

Heh, I was kidding. I'll leave this here but I won't (and can't, ugh) pin it right now.

You might be right about that, Joe.

Is there any way we can select a different BNLS server?  I'd like to hook up a war3 bot, but since BNLS is currently outdated for war3 I want to connect to an alternate server.

Thanks.

Check the global settings for the Battle.net login plugin. There you can change the BNLS server.

hdx.jbls.org I guess should work for W3.

Ok, thx very much. Unfortunately next proof that JavaOps seriously lack manuals.

I'll write up a FAQ a bit later. Just send me some ideas for questions.

I was thinking more about some detailed descriptions of all features. Even now, after using JO for like 2 years I sometimes come across something I didn't know. In JO1 for example I couldn't find a single word about web interface, running 2 bots in one instance or that's banevasion. I guess there are others now which I don't know and that's what the manual imho should cover - detailed desciptions of all features.

JavaOp2 has moved from "iago's little project" to becoming a "Codethulu". Nobody knows what's all been done in there. For example, Tuberload is nowhere to be found right now and he was a co-writer way back when, as well as Ryan Marcus who has been gone for a while.

The best way to learn JavaOp and it's features is to read the code. I don't even know what it's all capable of!

Anyhow, I fixed that BNLS problem in beta43, and left backwards compatability, but fix your list because it's ugly and I'll probably remove it after a few more versions.
