Hmm, I just get an empty screen with a "please download the plugin" box. Perhaps it's because I have Noscript enabled and Flash isn't installed. Can somebody clue me in on what it's supposed to do?

It's a rickroll. The page itself plays a video, resizes the window, dances around the screen, and if you try to close it, message boxes pop up with the lyrics to the song.
