haha jk. Anyways:

1. Can enough PB&J's + OJ + nuts substitute for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
2. What's the deal with blogs and plagiarism. Not that I've been plagiarized, but let's say hypothetically you write something on your blog (Wordpress) and you see someone plagiarize it somewhere else. Would it be easy to prove that they plagiarized it?

1. It can substitute, sure, but you most likely won't be getting a balanced diet.  You will be missing out on the entire Diary food group, and will be missing a lot of the vitamins and minerals you need.

2.  It's not very easy to prove plagiarism on the Internet, no.
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

Take a multi-vitamin every morning. Even with a balanced diet you should take one. Oh, and PB&J's own.
It is good to be good, but it is better to be lucky.

Yes, although I don't recommend doing it every day. Besides that you'll be sick of it in no time, it's high in sugar (jelly and OJ) and you're probably missing at least some vitamins (Iron and B12 come to mind).

Don't do it. Nuts may be healthy, but they're EXTREMELY high in fat. Not to mention the OMEGA-5 (6, maybe) you get from nuts is not supposed to be eaten in large quantities. A few nuts? Healthy. More than a handful? Probably not the way to go. For a whole day? Hell, no.

When you don't eat meat/dairy, you're typically way below the RDI of fat. As such, it's actually beneficial to eat a lot of nuts.

I am storing up for today and tomorrow. Went to a campus cafe today, and asked for a vegetarian bagel sandwich with hummus substituting for cream cheese. Two minutes later:

"Hm, can I get more than one?"
"Sure, how many?"
"Four."

Should have gotten more smoothies, though.
