Probably fake. The mother wouldn't have let the brother enter the room with a video camera and say nothing about it. Unless he set it down somewhere, but then the sister would have probably shut it off since she had seen it anyways.

Heh, I've watched more of it now. Who knows, maybe it's real. I still don't see why she wouldn't shut off the camera after seeing it. =/
