No way.  They'd just be forced to use extraordinarily unwieldy solar panels or, even better, operate only in high-wind environments for power.

It will be a laughing matter then, too. It took them 15 minutes to reassemble, that's easily enough time to destroy t-1000 given his broken-apart handicap.
