Awesome episode. The ending was kind of expected from the first four seasons, but it was amazing how they acted it out.

SPOILERS!
Wilson leaves the hospital, initially claiming it's due to remembering Amber too much. End of episode, House apologizes, even though he didn't kill her. Wilson says he doesn't blame him. House asks if they're okay. Wilson says "No" and that he was protecting him from the truth. Wilson's leaving the hospital because of House, after finally having had enough of their "friendship". The lines I distinctly remember are:
"You spread misery because you can't feel anything else. You manipulate people because you can't handle any kind of real relationship."
"If I've learned anything from Amber, it's that I have to take care of myself. We're not friends anymore, House. I'm not sure we ever were."

Yeah, that kind of annoys me.  At least 80% of the episodes someone says "It's Lupus!" and it never is.  One of these days, just to fuck with us, nobody will suggest Lupus and then it will actually BE Lupus.

I'm stepping out on a limb here, but for some reason I remember there being an episode where everyone was surprised at the end because it *was* lupus. It may've  been some sort of spoof I watched, though. I saw Season 4 completely out of order, so I keep getting it and everything else mixed up.  ::)

The season premiere was great. The acting is always awesome but they really aced this one. Though it sucks that Wilson may leave =/

I highly doubt he'll leave for good--he's still scheduled to be in the next couple episodes, at the least.
