She wont do time.

More importantly, this sets interesting precedents. 
1) violating the TOS of a site is not illegal; 2) cyber bullying is going to be even harder to prosecute.

I wonder.  I figured it was a long shot to get her on those charges, but still sorta wanted to see her do time.
