Beer pancakes!

Inspired by some stew I made yesterday, I made a batch of pancakes where I replaced the milk with Half Pints Brewing Company's Queer Beer. They would up being *amazing*! Who knew?

Not to alarm anybody, but I may have discovered a way to have beer for breakfast......

So.. I assume you can apply the same principle to waffles?  Waffles are way better than pancakes :)

I haven't found a good waffle recipe yet. I tried just making pancakes in a waffle iron, but it wasn't very good. Then I tried adding sugar, and it was a little better, but still not right. :-/
