You lived in a meth lab? That's sketch.

It was a bit sketchy, and totally added to the ambience of the basement. Perfect gaming/movie watching down there.

so tonight is our big party.
lastnight someone in the neighborhood had a MASSIVELY FUCKING HUGE party.  I could barely park at my own house and I park in the driveway  :o!

anyhow, I guess 11 cop cars showed up :-\.  we shouldn't be nearly that big, but I hope we're ok and neighbors dont get annoyed and call cops at like 10pm

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

damn.  police were wandering the neighborhood after last night's craziness, saw people out front and asked who lived here (or something similar).

In the end, my room mates and I all have misdemeanors.  Figure I'll call my boss on Monday mornin', see if there is ANY way to keep this off our record (that's what is most important to us at this point).  If not, Tuesday we plead guilt and take the fine/court fees/community service.

Sigh, like 15 people here and it got busted.  Spose I learned that lesson the UBER hard way :(

Disturbing the peace? Minor in possession? Minor under the influence?

If it was MIP they might place the case under advisement that way it isn't on your permanent record. You'll have community service and be on probation but that's it. Whoever your attorney is should stress how you have such high aspirations (public office, law) and one wrong mistake doesn't justify ruining your record. It might work unless your judge is a complete dick.

Allowing ourselves to be served/Minor in possession

They said if we pleaded guilty it'd be court costs and probably a fine just.  A guy I know got $100 fine and a misdemeanor no his record for <1oz of weed.  I'm hoping that they do deffer the sentence, give us a fine, and ask for court costs...something like that, so long as we can keep it from the record

My friend was charged with Minor in Possession, Possession of <1oz of Marijuana, and Possession of False Identification while we were at Sydney in April. He had his trial a couple of weeks ago, and he got I think 100 hours of community service for the MIP, like 30 for the weed, and the fake id was dropped out of "niceness." He has to see a P.O. every two weeks, have drug/alcohol testing, and is on a restricted license for 6 months (automatic with marijuana conviction).

Likewise another girl that was there just had Minor in Possession and she just got community service, and the judge took her license away. (Not suspended, he just literally took it and said she could have it back in like 6 months or something.)

None of the above convictions will be on their permanent records, and that's the main thing.
