I'd sue them for $ 10,000.  It's not worth their money to fight back, so you'd probably win.

When it's as simple as pointing to a statement in their order terms, I think it's unlikely that they wouldn't do "fight" back.

How much would it cost to send their legal team to the court by Hitmen?  A lot of the time, it's cheaper to just give in.
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

It would also cost Hitmen a lot too to take Dell to court, it's cheaper for him to just give up and leave it alone. The difference between Hitmen and Dell is that Dell might not like wasting the money and hassle, but they could easily win in court and not go completely broke.  Whereas if Hitmen took them to court, and in this case he would likely lose, and then they could couter-sue or w/e it is and make him pay for the legal fees and lawyer fees they had to pay in addition to his own legal and lawyer fees because he took them to court and wasted their time and money.

They don't need to send a "legal team".  I'm unfamiliar with how these things are handled, but I can't imagine that it'd cost them more than a few hundred bucks to send someone to show up and say "this is stupid."

This is all assuming that the lawsuit is even allowed.  I think there's probably some amount of things that can be handled without anyone showing up.

Dell most likely already has hired a full-time salaried legal staff on hand to handle a wide variety of business and legal matters.  It would probably get thrown out like you said, and so Hitmen would lose more than Dell in this case because I believe it costs money to simply file a lawsuit.

Hitmen

It works for me, because now I have >$20 in my account so I can take money out tomorrow at school and eat and stuff until later when I will hopefully finally remember to deposit my checks.
