Load the fraps files in any video editing software you have, and resave them in a decent (2,048 bit+) format.

Or, convert them to FLV, and I can give you webspace for this, your project looks pretty cool thus far.

(Btw, tower defense?)

Edit: Oh, and the best FLV encoder I know is the one that comes with flash. It's slow, but it does a good job.

ah, i got it to work. i used windows media encoder to do the avi -> wmv conversion. so, here's 2 videos of the pathing project. i haven't yet put the A* code into my library, and then into my main game project, yet.

this video just demonstrations A* pathing, so you can get an idea of what those red lines represent. (if you can see them. theyre hard to see with the loss of video quality.) i haven't introduced any high-cost nodes, yet, so they're going to travel directly from source to destination basically.

Almost done with the basics! Pathing is completely finished, and my towers now locate the nearest enemy, within a relatively small radius, and rotate towards it until it's out of distance. Just need to add some shooting mechanisms, and health to the enemies, and I'll be at a point where I get to polish the game!

It's turning out pretty cool.
