I personally got beat twice by the same guy (and no other defensemen slid to him, so the kid scored) and then one kid pinched in a lucky goal and I couldn't stop him. I asked my coach what I should have done and he goes "nothing you could have done."

Shrug. I thought I played like crap.

We have our first game today at 2, and we have to be there at 1. I plan on getting there about 12:25 or so just so I can listen to my iPod and shoot and just chill before the game starts.

I don't know which line I'm on, I think second...maybe third? We did king of the hill yesterday (faceoffs) and I went 0/3 so I don't know what was wrong. We are playing the best team in the league (coach requested them since we lost to them in the championship) and they're intimidating. Pretty much the entire team is over 6 foot and really strong. Out of our big guys, I'm probably the only decent one...but I'm definitely not as strong as the other team. Most of our guys are small and are sophomores or freshman. I think the best we've done against them is 13-8, and that was when we had all of our good seniors last year.

We'll see how it goes.

We were doing well, 3-3 at the half. We only got like 5 shots off in the second half (3 within 1.5 minutes of playtime left) and ended up losing 7-3. It sucked.

Apparently I'm the 7th middie, placing me on the 3rd line. I'll have to work harder to get up to the second line by Friday.

Saw 300 and spent a good five hours out with my brother, his friends, and my friend (I knew everyone more or less).  It was the best use of my time ever.

try gentleman jack or single barrel jack (i havent tried singlebarrel yet).
both are supposed to be really a lot smoother than reg jack

...or man up
