I just resize and add a water mark thats all the editing i know how to do.

A tip, though, try to cut down on the glare a bit... It's mostly going to have to do with camera angle and lens, I'd suggest buying a polarizing lens filter: they're quite cheap.

I have friends who do that with d6es.. I couldn't imagine giving them a d100. :)
