All statements relating to statistics are false.

The preceding statement is true.
The writ of the founders must endure.

Sidoh

true that.

Although, everything I say about Deuce is inaccurate.

I'm pretty sure I'm terrible with integrals. I rocked my multi-variable differentiation / series class with a 91% raw (when the curve was 66% = B-, I guaranteed myself an A, lolzies) but come multi-variable integrals (or simply put: multiple integrals) I find myself struggling. And it doesn't come down to finding bounds or translating between coordinates, it comes down to simple integrals. e.g. cos2x and shit like that.

:/

I really hope I pass this midterm tomorrow!

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

Owned.

My differential equations teacher took 15 points off a problem on the last quiz I had. He didn't state clearly that he just wanted a formula, so I plugged numbers in it, but didn't write the formula down. Being as senile as he is, he marked it wrong lol. I went up to him after and showed him how I plugged into the formula he wrote down on my quiz, and it still took him 5 minutes to realize that I actually did know what I was doing :P. 82%->97% = win. Maybe I'll scan it so you can see how he takes points off for stupid shit lol

I have a dilemma.
so I have been volunteering at a hospital for 5 years. then I graduate highschool and stop volunteering.

so recently I got a job near the bay, www.sdhe.com
and pay is 9.25

now the hospital called me the other day saying that they wanted me to work for them for 15 bucks an hour.
but the work there is paper pushing and super boring.

the other job I have now is fun, I get to see meet fun people and it is on the bay, beautiful view, super fun.

what would you guys do?

Blaze

Take the money job right now, you're not at a point in your life where your job is what you're going to be doing for a long time, nor in a position to rise in the ranks.  Just try to get as much money as possible to make the next couple of years / school easier.
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

truste1

Will you get the same amount of hours? Still I'd say go for the $9.25 because you're on the water, it's about to be summer, probably can meet girls, etc. But I also love boats and being on the water, so I'm biased.

On the other hand $15/hr would give you a lot more money to actually do leisure activities...such as take a girl on the harbor cruise instead of working it.
Ain't Life Grand?

Towelie

the more money you get now, the less you have to pay back later (with interest)

Rule

You could tell the cruise people you've been offered a $15/hr job at the hospital, and see if they can up your wage in order to keep you, or if they have any other higher paying job you could do there.

i doubt that will work.  you know, with unemployment the way it is in California, he's lucky to have two jobs to choose from.

Hitmen vs. 4 pounds of chocolate cake, chocolate pudding and whipped cream.

Who will win? Nobody knows! Will report back later with results.

Can you subcontract me out for the cruise job? I'm happy with $8.25/hr, and you could take a dollar per hour commission on the contract. Sound good?
