World of Warcraft
« on: December 01, 2004, 07:11:32 am »
Who has it?
I have it.
I can't play it, though.
Maybe this weekend when I get my game cards! Ohh I'll be Shamaning it up!
If anyone else has it we can raid together! :P

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

I'm most likely getting it for Hanukkah along with subscription, I still need to learn more about how the whole process works. I played the Open Beta, not sure if it will get boring for me. I really don't know how much time I can spend.

Quik, doesn't matter if you play for 10 minutes there is ALWAYS something to do that's fun and interesting! It's 14.99 a month USD, 17.99 for me! But I got game cards so who gives a damn, first month is free anyways.

Like I said, I played Open Beta. There isn't much convincing you can do to me now.

Ohwell, it all falls under ones opinion. You can't force someone to like it.

Ok, one thing has me confused... Do you have to pay 14.99 a month for the rest of your life (when you play that is), and the fee's never stop? or is it like, you pay 14.99 a month for like a year or so, and then don't have to pay anymore, or eh?

You pay until you fail to make a payment or choose to cancel the payment.

The way I look at it, if I'm paying /month, I need to get my money's worth.  And because I have work and projects to do, I know I can't commit a lot of time, so it's not worth paying for.

It's not worth buying. Period.

It's gay to waste 14.95 to play a game for a month. End of discussion.

Yeah. I mean, shit, they maintain the servers 24/7, keep hackers off the servers, are there to answer support questions 24/7.

Boo fuckin' hoo, MMORPG's can be more expensive. So stop complaining.

World of Warcraft

Server = Deathwing
Faction = Alliance
Character Name = Styman

It's worth the 12.95 a month :D... Also when the servers are down for maintainance they keep track and don't charge you for that time... :O

Check blizzhacker's site, there are an aweful amount of hacks. True, these are detectable, but they are there. You'll never keep someone from disassembling or debugging a Blizzard game.

I've been doing asorted website-related jobs in hope to earn enough in my PayPal account to buy this game.

I could see about offering you some jobs and being a middle man for you. Of course, you'd have to get PayPal. Free to sign up, don't need a credit card.

Not selling to huge corperations, and I'd be the middle-man anyway. I just need him to have an account so I can transfer money to him.
