Nope, I've never seen it below -10 in the day.

I wouldn't be surprised if we have snow for longer than you and most of our roads are scarier than yours, but who cares.

Ah yeah, you guys definitely own us in snow. We get a couple feet a year, usually, but that's because it's way too fucking cold most of the time to get snow.

Sidoh probably wins for snow, but I think I win for cold. We see -45ish pretty regularly during winter, and I've seen as low as -60 on a few occasions.
