I don't actually pay for the game, and thats the reason I play it. :)
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

I agree completely with what you just siad, TSE. It is dumb to do that. y=m(x)+b; Cost=$15(x)+$50.  after a year it'd be a total rip-off. $230 the first year then $180 after that. Way to spend your money.

I can name countless more expensive past times.  If you're going to try to argue that "you don't need WoW", I'll laugh at you.  You don't need electricity, internet, TV, etc to survive, but you probably have it anyway.  The bills for the things I've listed are largely more expensive than WoW.  Considering how much money I make and how much I thuroughly enjoy WoW, $180/yr is a negligable fee.

I'm sick and tired of hearing that $15 is simply too much to bare with.  If it is for you then I'm sorry, but don't attempt to make it seem that it is this way for the 4,000,000 (and growing) subscribers that Blizzard has to the game.  I make around $25/hr and can get about as much work as I want, the bill is a joke compared to my paycheck.

You suck :'(.

See, Mainly $180 /yr seems to be a lot for us low class democrats 'cause we're poor. I mean.. you've seen my computer stats.. Those are my New computers.

I would play Whoa if I could garintee that my compooper could run it, and if I could garintee that I wouldn't eventually starve to death after four consecuative weeks of playing it.

Oh, forgot to mention.

Sorry if I came off hostile in any way, it's just that I hear that so often and I find it to be such bullshit (relatively speaking).  Just the straw that broke the weak camel's back.  :]

WTF I LOST YOU TOO?

They've all gone to the darkside.

If WoW was free, I'd play it. It's not, and paying for games after I buy them is against my moral values.

I fail at upholding personal moral values. Damn.

Level 6 Night Elf Shaman.

:(

Mythix

If you purchase it in months you get a better discount, I buy three months at a  time for 40$, now that comes out to 160$*year As of right now wow is gonna keep me entertained the year, which i would have spent a lot more on newer video games coming out, not to mention I'm saving a lot of gas money because i'll be at home everyminute i get to play it :p

Rofl, I wish I was recording you and Mythix when I got back.

Mythix: "Wtf, Kevin, put your damn clothes back on"
TSE: "Hahahaha, COME HERE BABY!"
Mythix: "Ok, that's it, two can play this game"
...
...
Mythix: "Just kidding, fag."

Anyways, I have the game now, on third disc. (Bloody hell, now I know you guys weren't bullshitting me.)

Screenor! No!

The patches are worse, IMO.

Just a suggestion, Screenor.  Don't download the patch using Blizzard's crappy Bittorrent client, get it off of fileshare or something.

I turn off uploading and I still get 500+KBp/s.

It's quite funny.
