No, The Black Myrmidons is almost a year old. They started in December last year a week or so before Christmas. I joined some time in mid-July. Mythix and TheSickEmpire joined a few weeks ago. Screenor joined about a week ago too, but he was kicked out the same day he joined (there's a topic on these boards about that somewhere...)
