Haha, yeah they do.  I pelted this kid in the back of the head with one after he hit me in the cheek.  I was like:

The one and only time I ever played airsoft was at night in the semi-cold, so I was well-padded. I got hit with one headshot, but that hit my hair, which we all know gives a TON of padding. =p.

I don't think you've ever seen a very good airsoft gun, then.  They make you bleed if you're shot from ~15 feet away.

Sidoh ain't kidding, and I can say from experiance that those guns do hurt if your shot with one, atleast the one I was shot with. Left welts/blood stains on me!
