Yes, it has to do with discworld.  However, your translation sucks. 

It's actually, "Make My Day, Punk!", which is the slogan for the police force on discworld.  Although the police think it means, "To Protect and Serve".

Also, your sig? I thought Homer was talking about Bart to Grandpa?

I made out "the" but that's about it.

His sig is when Homer does something stupid or something and Grandpa gets interviewed.  I think it was the episode Homer went to jail..
