Hover your mouse over the box, and it'll tell you.  I couldn't think of any other way to label it, but generally you shouldn't check a box if you don't know what it does :P

I think it would take up too much extra room, it already looks really cluttered around the top. 

And nah, it's fine the way it is.  I'm quite happy with OSPAP in its current state :)
