Starcraft: Ghost on Hold Indefinitely

After numerous previous delays, Blizzard has made the likelihood we'll ever play Starcraft: Ghost effectively nil. They've announced they're putting game development on hold indefinitely, as they're reconsidering options for the next generation of consoles. From the Gamespy article: "Like many in the industry, we've been impressed with the potential of the new consoles, and we're looking forward to exploring that potential further ... In addition to allowing us to determine the best course for StarCraft: Ghost, this review period will help us lay the groundwork for our future console games."

Just noticed that the Starcraft: Ghost link was gone on Blizzard's site today. :(

I was actually looking forward to this game.  I think they should still release it, even if its not for the next-gen consoles.

Diablo 3 has been mythbusted. There is no Diablo team anymore, hence the sloppy 1.11 patch coded (many times over!) by the WarCraft team.

What they're really working on: World of WarCraft Expansion.

Clearly most of the people Blizzard employ are working on World of Warcraft.  Seriously... they have 5 million subscribers.

Burning Crusade looks awesome; I'm really looking forward to it.

Incidentally, I'll be making a post in the WoW boards soon regarding the new Priest talents!  I'm really looking forward to trying out Power Infusion. :)

Did they realse yet what the newrace is going to be yet, Also I heard from Towelie they are re doing the Mage tree. Sweet now they will own even more :(
