Except for the fact that I didn't tell TehUser things I let him see things. Afterwards iago refered to it like it was a security breach, which makes it the ironic part. He went so far as to remove by access to things because I was 'untrustworthy.' Oh well.

We (or at least I) seem to have some problems with the database server.  iago, please check the forum error log and see the permissions SMF needs.

I don't know why SMF needs CREATE/DROP, but I think that's dumb.  I granted those to it anyways.  I also gave it the right path to the uploads/avatars directory, so uploading should once again be possible.

Yes, I think he needed ftp access to the site, so maybe it's something you can do?  :)

no, SMF's addons require an ftp account.  You could probably do it without it, but it's not worth the work, in my opinion.
