AutoBuff (well, what still worked of it in the first place, after Blizzard got bot-hunting-horny and disabled many events from firing spell reactions)
ChatTimeStamps
Sea

Broken:
Atlas (Atlas itself works, but throws an error on init, and the world map wont work)
AllInOneInventory (it actually works but throws a stack overthrow on init)

Depreciated:
SCT Options (implemented to UI core)

I use the Cosmos EXE - the only new things I have to download are CT_RaidAssist and LootLink. 

Cosmos replaces Atlas with a new map thing called AlphaMap - it's pimp.
