This is the first time I've ever seen a site that's been busted by the FBI, Click me.

Nice background color. It hurts my fuckin' eyes; makes me want to pirate shit.

On a side note, that's a long time for copyright infringement. That's kinda sad. People who get convicted of drug/violence crimes normally get that amount of time or less. Heh.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

This obiously wasn't the guys first time, as it says:
Quote from: FBIFirst-time offenders convicted of a felony violation of copyright laws face up to five years in federal prison

This guy has to serve 87 months.

He deserves it.

CrAz3D

maybe they could just kill him (& drug/violent crime offenders) & donate their hearts & stuff...?

Newby

Oh well good, keep him in prison and keep the heroin dealers and rapists on the streets since there's one less cell for them. I'm sure this guy harmed so many people.

Exactly. It's so lame.

I can remember the day before RotS came out in theaters.  There was a site that had the movie you could download.  It was shut down by the FBI, too, IIRC.
errr... something like that...

Why? The movie sucked balls, if I was George Lucas, I'd want more people to see it, because they sure aren't going to pay real money for that crap.  :P
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

Incidentally, if he's busted by the feds, he'll be going to a federal prison, whereas killing and most drug felonies are typically state laws, and result in state prison.

They don't run out of cells. Somebody won't get convicted of rape, then let loose because there wasn't enough cells. If anything, they'd stuff them in the same cell.

Anyways, chewing gum and walking isn't really that hard to do. <rant>If anything, they need to stop this bullshit war on drugs, or at least make marijuana legal. It's causing more problems than it's solving. Young people everywhere are getting thrown into jail, which not only ruin their lives, yet it costs the tax payers in incredible amount of money. Not to mention the fact that the social views on it turn it more into a gateway drug than it would normally be, and that instead of the money going to honest businessmen that could legally sell it, then money is going to drug dealers and gangs, paying for weapons, etc.</rant>

EDIT: Back on topic: One thing I do have to agree with you with, though, is that this is definitely a waste of our tax dollars.

I'm almost in support of legal marajuana, purely so that we could have an answer as to whether or not legal pot would destroy a country.

Plus, the US gov't could buy from Mexico and tax the shit out of it. That part might help the economy.

My sister owns a burlap sack that says "USA Marijuana" on it. She says it was once legal, and it contained Marijuana with a 50% THC level, that the USA sold itself. She said it was back in the 1800's or something.

That's the dumbest reason I've ever heard.

I'm in favor of legalizing all drugs, because they'll lose a lot of their "rebel" appeal, we'll be able to tax the shit out of the ones that do sell with nothing more than a "Surgeon General's Warning" being required on the packaging, and because people should be allowed to fuck themselves up however they want to.
