dude each point of stam is 10 health. You would need over 500 stam just to get in that range. when each stam encaht is about 8-10 you would need that on all your gear. Not including buffs and stuff. But still 5k? No fucking way.

Yeah, there's no way that's real unless they had buffs stacked on them that you can't normally have (ie on a private server or before a bug fix).

Dude its possible. He just said that he had All stam buffs on and plus the Valentines day buffs wish all his gear. It avernaged out to 5.4k The whole WSG could go at him and not even make him past 70%

Can't be used on that gear. They all require a level35+ item. And, when you cast fort/MOTW/kings/etc. on a low-level character, the correct level buff is casted. Pretty much the same thing as a level 19 priest casting it on them.

There is only 1 level of kings, and I believe it's available to a level 19.

It's not available until 20 ( unless Paladin's get talents at lvl8, can't remember ) because it takes 10 talent points before you can reach it in the tree.

People you can get Buffs from higher level players you know. A level 19 priest dosent have the same Fort as a level 28 priest and a level 28 priest could cast there Rank of Fort on somebody thus upping there Stam.

Huh?  From players above you?  Yes you can.  Say your a 70 pally and cast BoM on a 19, it will automatically use BoM Rank:1 on them.  Same goes for most other buffs.

Unless this was recently changed, each rank of, say, Power Word: Fortitude has a minimum level for its target.  I did notice that some time after 2.0, casting the highest rank of PW:F on anyone would apply the highest rank that you had available for your target.  I'm positive there were ranks of PW:F that were attained after level 19 that could be applied to level 19 players, but maybe that has changed.

Just casted it myself on a level 19 rogue, and you said it yourself, kings requires at least level 20.

Just to prove a point, the lowest level you can cast kings on is 10. This proves that there is about a 10 level buffer, meaning the level 19 twink can get buffs up to level 29.
