sorry to hijack, I started watching the video but didn't really understand what was happening so I stopped.

but I liked his interface bars and would like mine to be like that, which plugin(s) do I need?

This is a screenshot of my interface, it's about a month old but not much has changed.

The extra action bars can be turned on in the UI settings. :\

yeah I have the left one on now in addition but his just looks more centralized. Maybe it's screen resolution? (but I use my widescreen tv so I don't know..)
