HUGHESNET FUCKING SUCKS.

Back to broadbanding. If this shit (dropping connections, unable to resolve DNS names, etc) keeps up, I'm dialing back up. :P

Set your DNS server to 4.2.2.1 or 4.2.2.2 etc., they're way better than any of my ISPs DNSes

No, it's not DNS issues. Bad weather is blocking the satellite signal at HQ (in Maryland, I guess?).

Then it's not "unable to resolve DNS names", it's "disconnecting" or "timing out" :P
