Not likely. There's still a good chance of getting yourself shot if you do that, better than if you hide.

No, but that doesn't matter because you shouldn't have murdered somebody in the first place.

I can see taking cover and then firing...but hiding doesnt work so well if they sneak up on you.

If they sneak up on you, then you're probably dead anyways. Taking cover and firing, like I said, gives away your position. You're better off taking cover and waiting for him to leave.

And as far as I'm concerned, killing = murder. If it makes you feel better that it's legal to take a human's life away from them, that's fine. But it makes no difference to me, if you intentionally kill somebody, you've murdered them.

How does a 20 year old become a cop? In San Diego you have to be at least 21 to start the training to become an officer ( I researched this cause i want to become a cop ) and why would a 14 year old be at a "Party"? things never make sense...
