haha jk. Anyways:1. Can enough PB&J's + OJ + nuts substitute for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?2. What's the deal with blogs and plagiarism. Not that I've been plagiarized, but let's say hypothetically you write something on your blog (Wordpress) and you see someone plagiarize it somewhere else. Would it be easy to prove that they plagiarized it?

Don't do it. Nuts may be healthy, but they're EXTREMELY high in fat. Not to mention the OMEGA-5 (6, maybe) you get from nuts is not supposed to be eaten in large quantities. A few nuts? Healthy. More than a handful? Probably not the way to go. For a whole day? Hell, no.
