Heh, Comcast's cable doesn't have the consistent uptime that'd be nice, but other than that I haven't had much of a problem.. What's your qualm?

I've woken up to having to reset the cable modem / wireless router randomly because Comcast won't give me an IP address at times. It's annoying as fuck. Cox had this problem twice in the years I've dealt with them, and it was only when they were fucking with shit in the area.

Actually I forgot it's sophomore year...are you in an apt? I have Comcast too, it definitely is not the best.

You don't *have* to pay for internet if it's not "included" in rent. But, knowing most people on these forums, we'd probably die without internet. My friend have fios in their apartments. I had some shitty internet last year in mine.
