I've been hitting the gym to burn fat lots. That's good. What's bad is that I reward myself for going with a couple beers.

I used to drink about a handle a week. It hurt and was expensive. After I graduated college, I had a decent job where I worked few hours making decent $$$. I bought at least a 12 of beer per day (usu an 18) and a pack of smokes...weekends were worse. It was an unhealthy couple of years for me.

Wow, that's nuts. If I drink 12 in a day, I consider that a pretty crazy day.

Of course, we have Canadian beer here.
