Yes! Today was the Model UN country assignments!

We have China, Mexico, and Kenya.  I'm so excited about China, it's the first time we've had a big country...and guess what else? We have China on the Security Council. I was so happy when I found that out. I'm the only person who has been in the club all four years so I've been waiting for it for a long time...and I got first pick so you better believe I grabbed that up. It's also a single delegation so that'll be sweet. I've always had problems with my MUN partners so I'm pretty happy. Also, in AP Comparative Government and Politics one of the countries is China so I'll know alot about it and my goal is to win some awards.

From what I remember of AP Comparative Government and Politics (more than 5 years ago), most of what we supposedly know about the Chinese government is merely based on rumours and educated guesses: basically no details about the inner-workings of their government have been officially and publicly disclosed; one way of describing their system was "glasnost without perestroika."

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

I don't need that much more money to sink into my dads car. :)
I'd personally do as Joe suggests

You might be right about that, Joe.

I, too, need more money -- I'm running out of toilet paper.

My tech school (I take a computer essentials cisco cert program) sent a letter home yesterday about me skipping 3 days, and my regular school called about me skipping.  :( So pretty much, I'm getting bitched at non-stop.
It is good to be good, but it is better to be lucky.

Some apartment building off 72nd street was hit in the 20th? story by a little cessna that was probably being flown by Yankee pitcher Cory Lidle (I aint sure on the spellin)
