Pretty crazy that we're closer to 2030, than we are 2005. Where did the time go!

I get this, not as often, but I do. How many accounts are you having it log on at one time? You know, Gaim has it's own tech support, and it's not here.
The meaning of the error is that your ip is sending too much too fast. It's like flooding on Battle.net. But it shouldn't happen frequently. One thing that comes to mind is a virus that's sending itself out through your account, or somebody else's on your network. If you have other computers on your network, check it outAnother is if you (or somebody on your network) is trying to bruteforce a password. Finally, it could be a plugin or feature that just sends out too much. Maybe a version checker, or something. That's the most likely cause.

Put it this way Joe... you're on my Buddy List... if there's no one else on an you're the only one, I'd rather talk to myself.
Trillian > Gaim
Who gives a damn? I fuck sheep all the time.
And yes, male both ends. There are a couple lesbians that need a two-ended dildo...My router just refuses to wear a strap-on.

It's possible that AOL is tryingtoscrew with GAIM users by decreasing the rate limit for awaymessage requests.
